Scarlett's ballet teacher kindly invited parents to see what her students had been learning.

I was writing messages to Scarlett on the Magna Doodle (Etch-a-sketch, whatever you call it), and she wrote this one to me:

It says, Yes but I need to draw a picture. Did you work it out? I love the phonetic spelling of "pikshr".

Scarlett helped me make this video to show how to record yourself reading a story using the iPad a couple of months ago. I forgot to put it on her blog then, so here it is now!
